Segovia Lakes is a quiet, gated community comprised of only 82 homes. It’s not a 55+ community, but it is age targeted to active adults. Segovia Lakes has a clubhouse with a fitness center and a pool.  The new construction price range is from the high $200,000s to the high $300,000s. Homes in Segovia Lakes feature 2-3 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages.  In fact, many people like the fact that you can buy a smaller home and still get a 3-car garage.
